VIVIANA ZIGA

Professional Interior Designer

Viviana is a professional interior designer that enjoys designing unique environments for travelers as well as individually tailored homes.

She started her career assisting in the design of custom residences for private clients and high-end developers, all while earning a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture. Later, she decided to jump into the commercial design world by working for large hospitality design studios, where she further developed her technical and management skills. Over more than fifteen years of experience, she has been part of notorious high-rise developments in Hawaii and California, from inception to completion.

At Borisoff Design Studio, Viviana offers her technical expertise in different aspects of the projects: from the development of spatial studies to the small details in furniture design. She enjoys the collaborative atmosphere of the studio, as she believes a well-designed space should be layered with different perspectives.
In her free time, Viviana likes to re-discover the world through the eyes of her one-year-old son and listen to crime audiobooks.

CHRIS KARAISKOS

Professional Interior Design

Chris Karaiskos started his interior design career working alongside his dad as a freelance drafter for Timothy Corrigan where he worked on converting a warship to a private yacht.

He then moved on to commercial restaurant design with Design Development, where he prepared drawings for city submittals and permitting and worked on a Country Club among other various projects.

He is inspired by Frank Llloyd Wright and all the architecture right in his hometown of Los Angeles where he also enjoys his downtime with his wife and dog.
